TCR Internship Program

For twenty years, TCR has been dedicated to nurturing the next generation of agricultural leaders. TCR places a strong emphasis on tailoring the learning experience to the individual in order to help them thrive in the diverse and specialized field of agriculture. Our focus areas include enhancing our interns' horsemanship skills, deepening their understanding of the ecological impact of agriculture, and providing knowledge in crop science, among other subjects. TCR interns are highly encouraged to take advantage of the Cody Nite Rodeo and other opportunities in the beautiful mountainous landscape surrounding us. When you join TCR as an intern, you become part of our TCR family! Below, you can find testimonials from some of our past interns. Applications are closed for the 2026 season.
